Memorable experiences
A Nordic Supper is a one-of-a-kind experience to yearn for and have conversations about, long after the dinner has concluded.

We will inform you about the exact meeting place and time, a day before the dinner. The menu, however, will remain a sweet secret.

Every Nordic Supper is held in a carefully selected location designed to deliver an extraordinary experience. All venues are gorgeous, natural locales that highlight the area's distinctive character.

Menu
A Nordic Supper does not take kindly to being rushed. A typical evening stretches out between three to four hours. You enjoy a five-course menu with beverage pairing that is inspired by the surroundings. We always cook over an open fire, and our philosophy is simple. We use only the finest ingredients sourced from local producers. We only pick ingredients that are in season and always of the highest quality.

While the menu remains a secret, you may choose between standard (may include meat) or vegetarian menu options when purchasing tickets.

If you have any dietary restrictions that we should be aware of, please inform us when purchasing tickets. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Drinks
The dining experience includes a wine package or a non-alcoholic beverage alternative. We try our best to offer drinks from the Nordic countries; some are made from grapes and others are fashioned from ingredients found in nature.

Allergies and special diets

If you have any dietary restrictions that we should be aware of, please inform us when purchasing tickets. We will do our best to accommodate you.

If we have been informed in advance, we may offer seafood and vegetarian options. Unfortunately, due to the unique characteristics of our dinners, we are unable to offer vegan or dairy-free alternatives. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please note that although we can usually accommodate dietary restrictions, it is important to keep in mind that our dinners are cooked over an open fire in a non-conventional kitchen. Although we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, the risk may be higher than in a conventional kitchen environment.

Good to know

Choice of clothing

Nordic Suppers are primarily held outdoors, so we always recommend you wear warm, comfortable clothes.

Please note that you may encounter some accessibility issues due to the nature of the locations where Nordic Suppers are held. We recommend you wear shoes suitable for outdoor conditions.

Do remember that we cook food over an open fire. While the aroma of the food may be dreamy, the smell of smoke may cling to your clothes.
