About us

We’d like to think of ourselves as curious souls. We’ve always taken the scenic route. Whether it’s to stand on the top of a mountain or in a field under the stars. Whether it’s to wait patiently to witness a sunset that sets the horizon ablaze or to stand perfectly still and listen to the sounds of silence amidst nature. We live to collect moments.

However, we did feel the absence of something that could bring together our interest in spectacular Nordic nature, our fascination for outdoor cooking and our passion for fine dining. We were tinkering with the idea of somehow combining all of this to create a fantastic guest experience. but it was not until the pandemic that we gave serious thought to bringing it to life.

With different backgrounds and experiences, we discovered a shared desire to create a unique experience that really stands out. An experience that builds anticipation, delivers a pleasant surprise, and deeply and intimately moves people. It was time to create what we ourselves were missing.

This is why we started Nordic Supper in the spring of 2022, a project born out of our personal passion with the aim of creating and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
