Winter dinner in Västra Götaland

A beautiful winter landscape welcomed us when we held the Nordic Supper experience in Västra Götaland together with Lydde Gård.

It was great fun trying the challenge of cooking over an open fire in a snowy environment.

Lydde Gård

In the beautiful Häggådalen between Borås and Varberg there is the former publishing house Lydde Gård. Here you step into a familiar and homely residence that has received several awards for building maintenance and environmental work.

A tiled stove in each room puts the finishing touches and gives it a special character.

Here we could sleep in organic sheets and in locally produced beds. Pillows and covers were also made of organic wool.
