Autumn dinner in Halland

In beautiful hunting grounds at Abild in Falkenberg, we gathered for the first Nordic Supper experience. The autumn weather was calm, which made the experience unique among the quiet, dense spruce forest.

Goðaráð with smetana, lumpfish roe and chive

Grilled pumpkin with pickled lingonberries, creamy egg, kale and browned butter

Grilled pork cheek from Ragnarssons with beetroot and leek from Ugglarps Grönt  and sauce on mushrooms and shallots

#

Yoghurt Bavaroaise from Skrea Ost with pickled blueberries and grilled cream. Topped with pine buds and pickled coriander seeds.
