Fantastiska Falkenberg

Fantastic Falkenberg

Just north of Falkenberg, we met for Nordic Supper in incomparably beautiful early summer weather. From the secret meeting place, a cut path led us to Knútur, who welcomed us with bubbles and snacks.

Under the treetops we enjoyed the birdsong while getting to know each other before continuing to the dinner table.

After a short walk we arrived at the table, beautifully situated under a magnificent 200-year-old Sitka fir (From what we understand, it is Scandinavia's thickest with a circumference of about 6m) and surrounded by pastures belonging to an old manor. Here we could enjoy the evening's experiences in a fabulous environment.

The food is always prepared over an open fire and the menu is based on the place where the dinner is held. In Falkenberg in May, we could therefore gratefully enjoy several fantastic vegetables and spring flowers.

During the evening, everyone is welcome to take part in how Mattias prepares the dinner and, more often than not, there will be long lovely and inspiring conversations at the grill. So also this magical evening.
